Is Kwality Clean Solutions Health Canada and FDA approved?
Yes. This product has received health Canada approval and meets FDA and WHO specifications for hand sanitizers.
Is your product guaranteed to kill bacteria? What is the active ingredient?
Yes our product is guaranteed to kill bacteria on contact. Our products active ingredient is 80% ethyl alcohol. The world health organization (WHO) requires a minimum of 60%.
Where is the product produced?
The product is proudly produced by an approved Health Canada manufacturer in Canada.
How long does delivery take?
Shipping is dependent on your location.
Does your product have an expiration date?
Yes. Our product expires 3 years after the date of manufacturing. The expiration date will be marked on our labels.
Is this product safe for children?
Yes our product is safe for children above the age of 2. However, children between the ages of 2 and 12 should be supervised while using this product as stated on the label.
Can I use this product safely multiple times a day?
Yes. Numerous studies support the safety of long-term, repeated use of hand sanitizers. It is critical to practice good hand hygiene at key moments, such as before eating, after using the restroom and after touching objects that are frequently touch by others.
Do all hand sanitizers work the same?
No. When it comes to hand sanitizing products, formulation matters. The active ingredient is the most important however total formulation affects the products effectiveness. The product also has to deliver good skin care performance and be likeable to use.
Is Kwality Clean hand sanitizer drying to the hands?
No. there is a misperception that the frequent use of alcohol-based hand sanitizers will dry out the skin on your hands. The truth is that the formulation matters. We have developed our product to be used repeatedly without damaging the skin. With added ingredients such as Aloe and Glycerin our sanitizer feels great and helps to moisturize the skin.
Why does Kwality Clean hand sanitizer contain alcohol?
Ethyl alcohol, our key active ingredient is proven to be one of the safest and most effective antiseptic ingredient. The centers for disease control and prevention (CDC) recommends the general public to use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer when soap and water are not readily available.
When should I use Kwality Clean hand sanitizer?
According to the centers for disease control and prevention, alcohol-based hand sanitizers can be used when hands are not visibly soiled. If hands are visibly soiled, use soap and water.
What should be done if Kwality Clean hand sanitizer is ingested?
Labels on all of our products provide the necessary steps if the product is ingested. The label states “If swallowed, call a poison control centre or get medical help right away”.
How much alcohol should a hand sanitizer have in it?
Health Canada requires hand sanitizer with an alcohol base to have a final concentration of 60% – 80% ethanol. Hospital grade sanitizers must be 80%.
When will my products be shipped to me?
Orders placed before 12:00 noon will leave our facility the same day.
